Koba Subeliani, Minister of Refugees and Accommodation of Georgia, met Refugees living in the building of the former Professional Institute. There are 73 Abkhazian internally displaced families in Artvini. The building was totally roofed, electricity was changed, inner communication was arranged and the space was legally authorized to be owed by the IDPs.

“The place is already possessed by the IDPs. In spite of that electricity and inner communication is arranged, we need to do more for their welfare. They will live in better conditions, though we will ameliorate what we done step by step”, - stated Koba Subeliani.
