Tbilisi – June 4, 11:00am, in Sheraton Metekhi Palace Hotel Task force group meeting “Women in politics - a new agenda” will be held. The main topic is women’s rights in Georgia: in particular, violence against women and ignoring women at the decision making level.
A new agenda of the task force group will be introduced at the meeting.
Meeting will be attended by: the representatives of executive and legislative bodies, the diplomatic corps, the Chair of Central Election Commission, Office of the Public Defender, leaders of political parties, which signed “win with women _ action plan”, the representatives of international and local NGOs.
