Michelle Obama takes a spin around Washington, D.C. with James Corden this week on Carpool Karaoke. The preview for this Wednesday’s episode was released on YouTube Tuesday, and it doesn’t disappoint. After pulling up to the White House for a “scheduled tour” Corden is surprised to find the first lady climbing into his car.
“I heard you had a tour,” she says. “Do you want to go for a spin? Mind if we listen to some music?”
Obama explains that it’s been awhile since she’s gotten to just drive around, what with her motorcade and all.
“I was in the car months ago with my daughter who learned to drive and that was the only time in seven-and-a-half years that I’ve been in the passenger seat listening to music, rocking out like this,” she said.
The clip ends with the two “rocking out” to Beyonce’s “Single Ladies.”
